Cancellation Policy Booking deposit is non-refundable. We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Changing an appointment with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a charge of $150+HST. By booking an appointment, you agree and consent to the processing of fees associated for our Cancellation and No-Show policies.*
