Cancellation Policy Booking deposit is non-refundable. We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Changing an appointment with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a charge of $150+HST. No-Show Policy We provide a 10 minute grace period for your appointment. If you are running late please let us know as soon as possible. If you arrive over 15 minutes late or miss your appointment you will be subject to a charge of 150+HST.
By booking an appointment, you agree and consent to the processing of fees associated for our Cancellation and No-Show policies.
*Please note there is a 3% processing fee for all credit card payments. Debit & Cash payments will not incur any additional fees.
